I moved from TX. I was originally looking in areas that were originally within Glenda's region; but later decided to look in Sun City Center, about an hour further away. Glenda had been extremely responsive to all my questions and requests when I was still in Texas, and I asked her to be my realtor in this new area. She agreed, despite the distance. Glenda went out of her way to make several trips to Sun City Center to oversee inspections, perform final walk-through, attend the closing on my behalf (I was still in Texas), prepare the home in my absence, and arrange for me to conveniently get my keys.
